A Passion For Service And Sales

Peter was initially educated at the Christian Brothers in Drogheda, and then progressed to study at Blackrock College Dublin. Blackrock College, a boarding school, is famed for rugby, a sport Peter had never encountered until he joined the school in the mid 70's.

This introduction to rugby would begin a lifelong love of the sport. Peter would play rugby throughout his school years at Blackrock college and later play his adult rugby at Blackrock college rugby club, eventually finishing his career with Drogheda RFC (now Boyne RFC) in the mid 1980's, a team which he captained the team. The skills of hard work and team work are foundational in rugby, Peter would put these skills to great use throughout his business career.

As mentioned earlier Peter would go straight from school to work in the family business. Peter served his time learning directly from his father Gerry Monahan, Gerry was an extremely successful business man and entrepreneur and could not have been a better mentor. It was during this period that Peter would find his passion for dealing directly with the public when it comes to sales and providing an excellent personal service. 

During the early 1990's as manager of Monahans, Peter would deal directly with some of the largest global clothing brands such as Nike, Addidas, Levis and Wrangler. It was also during this period that Peter would enter the brand development and manufacturing industry by launching his own retail clothing brand "Renegade" 

Founding and scaling this business would lead Peter to work and travel internationally to locations such as Malaysia, China, and Russia.

Peter brings all of this experience and passion for sales and service when dealing with his Dry Ice Energy customers. Wether it is selling a new machine or dry ice detailing a supercar at Dry Ice Energy HQ. Peter is passionate about building meaningful relationships, building trust and providing a quality service with every customer he works with.
