Dry Ice Energy Ireland (DIEI)is proud to announce that it is the first company in Ireland to produce 1.7mm dry ice pellets. Historically the smallest dry ice pellet size available on Ireland market were 3mm dry ice pellets and all 1.7mm dry pellets were painstakingly imported from the United Kingdom which increased delivery times and increased exsposure time, and therefore in some cases diminishing the quality of the ice which is essential for the optimal operating effificency of the Champ Turbo blasting machine.
As part of our 2018 strategy for growth, Dry Ice Energy Ireland purchased a brand new Ice Tech PR120H pelletizer, the first one in the country. The machine was commissioned in May of 2018 and is now producing ice for Dry Ice Energy customers all over Ireland.
With minimal space requirements the PR120H producing quality can produce dry ice pellets on demand and with a unique closed chamber technology ensures a quick startup and fast production time. As a result DIEI can deliver ice on a next day nationwide delivery.
The PR120H can produce 120kg an hour of high quality dry ice pellets, meaning shorter lead times and a highly efficient supply chain.
